At Dior Paws Boutique, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom-made through our print partner, we appreciate your understanding of our return and refund policy.

Returns

We gladly accept returns or replacements for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error

If your order arrives with any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Buyer's remorse

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled because they are custom made specifically for you.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
